Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation immediately after purchase, and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (Egypt)

Delivery times apply to Cairo and Greater Cairo. Orders to other governorates may take 1–2 additional business days.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries outside Egypt. Rates and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen carrier.

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your shipment on the carrier's website.

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, is significantly delayed, or is marked as delivered but not received, contact us immediately at elitetouch.egy@gmail.com with your order number.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Elite Touch is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
